  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, red food coloring, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10–12 minutes until set but soft.
  6. Allow cookies to cool completely before frosting with a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
