  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
