- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- For the cinnamon swirl, combine ¼ cup sugar with 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Add remaining batter and swirl with a knife gently.
