  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice beef and chop vegetables.
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and bell peppers for about 3 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the skillet along with cooked noodles. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, and coconut sugar; toss until heated through (2-3 minutes).
  6. Stir in fresh basil until wilted. Serve hot.
