  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, ginger, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form tablespoon-sized meatballs with wet hands and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. For the spicy mayo dip, whisk together mayonnaise, chili paste, lime juice, and additional Sriracha if desired.
