  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup sour cream (for dipping)
  • ½ cup salsa (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. 1. Sauté the Vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers; cook until soft and golden.
