  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  4. Flip the chicken and pour the marinade over them. Cook until the glaze thickens and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 10 minutes.
