  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Once baked, invert onto a towel dusted with confectioner’s sugar; roll tightly while warm.
  7. For the filling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Unroll the cooled cake, spread filling evenly, roll back up without towel, and refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing.
