  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (squeeze out excess water), garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and dill in a bowl.
  4. Dice cucumbers and tomatoes; toss with olive oil and salt.
  5. Assemble your bowls starting with rice or lettuce as the base, adding sliced chicken, veggies, and tzatziki on top.
