  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil (for stir-frying)

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced flank steak in a bowl with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat until shimmering. Add marinated beef in batches; stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from wok.
  3. In the same wok, add broccoli florets; stir-fry for about 3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  4. Return beef to the wok; pour any remaining marinade over the mixture. Stir well until heated through.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
